If I place an order today when will I receive it?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. We offer different delivery options to ensure that we can get your order to you in time, for more information on delivery please see our Delivery information page.

To speed up the despatch of an order please select priority delivery and ensure you place the order before 12.00pm Monday to Thursday.

Be sure to include a contact number so we can get in touch with you promptly should we have any problems.

What if I make a mistake on my order?

If you have made a mistake with your order, selected the wrong address or the wrong quantities, please email sales@dfparty.co.uk as soon as possible and we will make the necessary changes and email you to confirm.

What is Priority Delivery?

These orders are given priority in our system and will be despatched on a next working day service. However, you should still allow 2 working days for delivery in case of delays beyond our control. Orders placed on a Friday should be delivered by the following Monday or Tuesday and orders placed over the weekend will be despatched on the Monday and delivered by Tuesday or Wednesday.

If an item on your order is not in stock and we are unable to despatch your complete order within 2 working days, you will be informed by email or telephone in working hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) and given the option of either waiting until the item arrives, making a substitution or deleting the item from the order.

What is Standard Delivery?

If you select this option, your order will normally be despatched within 2 working days. You need to allow about 5 working days for your parcel to arrive.

Can I collect my order from you?

You are welcome to collect your order from our warehouse. Place your order online first and then check the ‘Collect from us’ option at the checkout. Select your home address at the checkout, but we will be aware that you want to collect and will contact you when your goods are ready. We do have a small showroom that you can visit by appointment to select your goods and take them away with you. To make an appointment, please call us on 020 8523 5555.

I am looking for an item but I can't find it on your website, can you help?

Try searching the website with a keyword like “hat” or “flag” by clicking on the magnifying glass symbol top right. If you are still unable to find what you are looking for, email sales@dfparty.co.uk or call us on 020 8523 5555 during working hours.

Can I return an item?

We are happy for you to return an item(s) .Once we have received the unused item(s) in their original packaging, we will issue you with a refund.

Please post your goods back to us enclosing our Returns Form.

Can I track my parcel?

If you have selected Priority Delivery you will receive an email with tracking information for your parcel. Our standard delivery is not a trackable service but the goods are usually delivered within 2-3 working days.

Do you offer any discounts for charities?

If you are organising an event for charity, please let us know the details and we may be able to help you in the form of discount. Please email Rayner at sales@dfparty.co.uk and head your email ‘Charity Event’. Unfortunately, as we have so many requests we are not able to send out anything free of charge.

Please can I have more information about a particular product

We aim to keep our website as informative as possible with accurate product images and information. However, if you are unsure about a particular detail or an item or would like to know more, please email sales@dfparty.co.uk and we will endeavour to provide the information you require.

Do you inflate balloons?

Our balloons are all sold uninflated.

All our latex balloons are suitable for air or helium fill. As a guide, when filled with helium our latex balloons should last up to 8 hours. The foil balloons which must be filled with helium will last a lot longer than this.

I have placed my order twice, what should I do?

If you think you have placed a duplicate order in error, please email our customer service team on sales@dfparty.co.uk.

Do you send goods outside of Europe?

We do not offer an international delivery service outside Europe.
