Delivery Information:

PLEASE NOTE: Our warehouse only sends goods out Monday-Friday, so orders placed after 1pm on Friday afternoon and on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched Monday.


Standard Delivery (3 – 5 working days):

  • FREE for Orders over £50.00 (Before VAT)
  • £4.50 for Orders under £50.00 (Before VAT)

Priority Delivery (1 – 2 working days):

  • £8.50 for Orders under £50.00 (Before VAT)
  • £4.50 for Orders over £50.00 (Before VAT)
  • FREE for Orders over £100.00 (Before VAT)

If everything is in stock, we aim to despatch orders by the next working day.  During particularly busy periods this is not always possible but we will do our best.  If we are out of stock of any item we normally hold the order until we can despatch it complete.

If you require your order for a particular date, please contact us to let us know.

For Priority Delivery, please give us an address where there will be someone available to sign for the parcel as, apart from Royal Mail, all other delivery methods require a signature.  If the carrier is unable to delivery and leaves a card it is the recipient’s responsibility to arrange redelivery or to collect the parcel from the depot.  If you have instructed us to leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour this is at your own risk.  D & F Party Ltd cannot be held responsible for items left on your property.


You can cancel your order at any time up to 7 days after you receive the goods.  Please note that this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers.

To cancel your order, please contact us by post, contact form or telephone, giving details of the goods that you would like to return.  To speed up this process, please print and complete the following document and enclose it with your returns.

Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods, if you cancel your order after the goods have been delivered, you will be responsible for returning the goods at your own cost.  Please take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged whilst in your possession or in transit.  Once we have received the returned goods in a saleable condition, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

Please note that once we have processed your credit it can take up to 5 working days for this to appear on your statement.


If anything you receive from us is faulty or damaged we will replace it free of charge or fully refund the cost, reimbursing the postage if we have requested its return.  In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with anything, you can still return it in unused condition within 14 days for a full refund, although in this case return postage costs are not normally reimbursed.  In both cases, before returning anything, please contact our customer services department.  If we make a mistake whilst processing your order, we will endeavour to correct the mistake within 30 days.

This undertaking is in addition to your statutory rights.
